DiabiPets Terms of Service

By using the mobile application DiabiPets ("App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DiabiPets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including all rules, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
- You represent that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
- All actions, decisions, and data entries in the App are solely your responsibility.
- The App is not a medical or veterinary device; you are responsible for monitoring your pet's health, glucose levels, insulin administration, and diet.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when entering data.
4. Paid Features / Subscriptions
- Premium features require in-app purchases via Google Play / App Store.
- Payment processing is handled by the respective store; we do not store your payment information.
- No refunds are guaranteed, except as allowed by store policies.
- Premium features include multiple pets, cloud synchronization, extended history, advanced statistics, and PDF export.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, graphics, logos, and code in the App are the property of DiabiPets or its licensors.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Share login credentials or access in a way that compromises security
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete user-entered data
- Consequences of using the App
- Errors, delays, or missed notifications
- Any medical complications, harm, or injury to pets
- Decisions made by users based on App data
- Loss of data due to app deletion, device issues, or cloud sync errors
By using the App, you acknowledge that you use it entirely at your own risk, and the developer cannot be held liable for any negative outcomes.
8. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
- Deleting the App does not automatically delete your account or cloud data; please use the Delete Account feature for complete removal.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
10. Third-Party Services
- The App may use third-party services, such as Firebase for cloud synchronization and analytics.
- These services are governed by their own Terms and Privacy Policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without specifying jurisdiction, unless otherwise required.
